Several training activities are focused on making learning fun and interesting, as well as engaging. Training creates a positive learning atmosphere and strengthens the skills of the employees. Good performance will improve their morale and, in turn, will result in job satisfaction

TSDC offers myriad courses and workshops, that are conducted frequently from time to time round the year; TSDC offers job oriented courses & certification to its students; we also call upon experts from industry & academia to impart technical knowledge to our students adding more practical value to our courses and workshops.

Updating programmes for Pharmacy students

In addition to the university syllabus, students of pharmacy are provided with various opportunities to keep pace with the industry requirement. Students undergo Industrial Training Programmes/Internship, which among others include training on manufacturing process, QA/QC, Clinical pharmacy, Patient Counseling etc. 

Practice School (PEEP Modules)

Practice School Program provides students an opportunity to Practice what they have learnt, in global organizations under the supervision of a mentor. The Practice School course provides an opportunity for students to foster and acquire specific professional skills and valuable work experience by practically implementing the concepts in real-world situations.

Life Sciences Sector Skill Development Council

17 Students of B. Pharm. and two faculty members registered in APA INDIA 2021 (Virtual Conference)/(Webinar series from June to November, 2021) organized by LSSSDC/Boston International Society. The different topics covered in the sessions were Regulated Bio-analysis/Chemistry, Manufacturing & Control/Discovery and Biotransformation. The theme of APA was “Evolving Technologies and Emerging Challenges in Drug Discovery and Development”.

English Language Lab

A language laboratory is a classroom in which students learning a foreign language can practice sound and word patterns individually or under supervision with the aid of audio equipment, etc. The language laboratory or language lab is an audio or audio-visual installation used as an aid in modern language teaching.

Soft Skill Development

Soft skill development is the process of improving specific personality traits and abilities that help you work more effectively with your colleagues and customers. Communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills are all examples of soft skills employers may look for when hiring new employees for any position.

Pharmacovigilance

More than 20 students have attended Skill development Program on PVM (Pharmacovigilance of Medical Products) organized by NCC PVPI, at India Pharmacopeia Commission at Ghaziabad

NPTEL Certification 

The benefits of an NPTEL certificate are that its value is high and it is recognized by the industry. Is the NPTEL certificate valuable? The subject can be learned from qualified IIT/IISc professors and learners get certified by NPTEL and the IITs/IISc.

The position of a student or trainee who works in an organization, sometimes without pay, in order to gain work experience or satisfy requirements for a qualification.
