Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Temporary Financial Clerk to join their client's team in Pasadena, CA. This role is perfect for someone who is ready to hit the ground running and has advanced skills in Excel. The position is temporary and requires working onsite in a professional environment. The client is looking to fill this role immediately, so candidates who are available for immediate interviews are encouraged to apply. This position pays $22-$24 DOE.

Responsibilities

  • Excel proficiency is a must; candidates will be required to take an Excel assessment and demonstrate advanced skills, including using Pivot Tables and Vlookups.
  • Handle financial tasks, focusing on accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Maintain and manage financial records with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Adhere to company standards and policies while performing financial tasks.

Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, with experience in Pivot Tables and Vlookups.
  • Previous experience in financial tasks, particularly in accounts payable and receivable, is required.
