Job responsibility

Responsible for the establishment of overseas customer service outsourcing supplier system, including but not limited to outsourcing team building and training, indicator formulation, business collaboration, supplier evaluation, etc.;
Managed and supervised the outsourcing team to ensure that the overall delivery of suppliers reached the business objectives;
Through on-site operation management and analysis of operation delivery results, problems existing in service providers' re-operation were found, processes, standard design and product optimization were adopted to reduce the recurrence of problems and ensure user experience.
