To Qualify, You Must Have All of the Following:
Active MC# (Motor Carrier Authority)
Active DOT Number
Valid CDL
Current Liability and Cargo Insurance
Your Own Equipment (Truck + Trailer — Dry Van, Reefer, or Flatbed)
ELD Installed and Operational
TWIC Card (preferred, not required)
Willing to run Over-the-Road (OTR)
Completed W9
Certificate of Insurance (COI)
Voided Check or Direct Deposit Information

One Truck – 10% commission
Two to Three Trucks – 9% commission
Four or More Trucks – 8% commission
