Job Description A large hospital is looking to bring on a Systems Engineer to help with a large server upgrade across their 200 ports. This person will be specializing in VMware, both converging and hyper-converging systems. They will be required to have Cisco UCS and have experience with upgrades, migrations, system lifecycle management. We will need someone comfortable within an ITIL enterprise environment. They will need to be flexible since they will have situations where they may have to provide support afterhours. The main assignment will be standard 8am-5pm. Skills and Requirements -Experienced with VMWare ESX / Hyper-V or a combination of both. Strong understanding of Virtual environments -Experienced with Microsoft Server Operating Systems and Windows Administration -Experience with HP, Cisco UCS, converge and Hyper-converged platforms, hardware installation, and maintenance -Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives -Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills -Technical documentation skills -Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language -Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail -Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment -Preferred Microsoft or Vmware Certification -Previous Linux experience -Work with Stand Alone Windows HP System null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
