As a Sr. Analyst, he or she will implement two major projects - Data & Analytics and Decision Engine. These two revolutionary projects are the foundation of AHFC's next phase and our preparation of the future Automotive/Powersports market --- where customers can obtain instantaneous credit decisions and more tailored borrowing rates. Our competition has already adopted similar processes or is in the middle of adopting these technologies. AHFC must update our systems to compete in the future. Key Accountabilities Key Accountabilities will include but are not limited to * Implement migration of all data into Data and Analytics Central Data Depository, Achieve Data minimization* Execute the migration of MIB users to into Data and Analytics. Structure the new Data and Analytics tables in a manner that is user friendly for Risk analysts* Create data dictionaries and working with all Risk associates to point their old codes from MIB to Data Analytics* Ensure project meets AHFC Compliance, AHFC Information Protection, SOX, PII, DPG, and GRC requirements* Ensure Data coming into, processed, created, and outputted from Decision Engine are: Accurate, Compatible* Manage the Data lifecycle* Work at the direction of Credit Assistant Manager and with rest of Credit team on Decision Engine implementation* Other Ad hoc requestsQualifications, Experience, and Skills * Bachelor in Statistics, Business Administration, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance required* 5+ years of experience working with advanced data modeling tools.
