About the Company

Do you want to make a difference in the lives of people and their pets? What about having the opportunity to connect with others across the world, full of stimulating discussions, and making impactful contributions? If this is how you see your career, HICC is the place to be!

About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, execution-obsessed Senior GTM Lead to drive market growth and launch excellence across North and South America, with a primary focus on the U.S., Canada, and key South American markets. This is a high-impact role focused on translating strategy into execution: ensuring our new products, and channel activations land smoothly and perform strongly. You’re here to operationalize launches, localize execution , and be the central connector between what we’re making and how we bring it to market.

What You’ll Be Doing

Own Market Growth Strategy & Performance

  • Lead GTM strategies to grow presence in the U.S., Canada, and South America—balancing commercial goals with regional consumer, retail, and regulatory realities.
  • Analyze market-specific data, sales inputs, and retail trends to identify high-impact growth opportunities.
  • Influence assortment, pricing architecture, and rollout prioritization in partnership with sales and commercial planning.

Lead Strategic GTM Initiatives & Launches

  • Drive execution of new product introductions, line extensions, and channel expansion initiatives across North and South America.
  • Own GTM calendars, launch timelines, cross-functional alignment, and internal rollout plans.
  • Act as the operational quarterback for launches, connecting marketing, sales, ops, and supply.

Support Portfolio Renovation, Pack Changes & Regional Rollouts

  • Lead the coordination of packaging changes, SKU transitions, and geographic expansions.
  • Ensure timely execution in-market across varying regulatory, labeling, and pack format requirements—especially for South American markets.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Product and Supply Chain teams for country-level adaptation and compliance.

Retail & Sales Enablement Execution

  • Deliver retail-ready GTM toolkits including sell-in decks, retailer-specific briefs, FAQs, and promo activation timelines.
  • Work closely with sales operation teams to support launch readiness across channels like Chewy, Petco, Amazon, Walmart, and regional distributors.
  • Align with Trade Marketing and Sales to support flawless execution on the shelf and online.

Post-Launch Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor KPIs across regions (sell-in, sell-through, distribution, velocity) and adjust future GTM plans based on learnings.
  • Conduct post-mortems and rollout retrospectives with local and global stakeholders.
  • Recommend improvements to GTM processes, especially in multi-country coordination.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7–10 years of experience in a growth, go-to-market, trade marketing, or commercialization role —preferably within the pet, CPG, or consumer products space .
  • Working with pet retail and eCommerce accounts (e.g. Chewy, PetSmart, Amazon, Walmart) is a huge plus.
  • A generalist marketing mindset with strong enough technical skills to think through campaigns, launch channels, and GTM priorities quantitatively and strategically.
  • Comfortable using data and insights to shape decisions, especially around launch performance, market opportunity, and regional optimization.
  • Deep familiarity with the U.S. market, and meaningful exposure to the Canadian or South American consumer landscape—you understand local culture, retail norms, and pet parent behaviors.
  • Experience coordinating with or influencing cross-functional teams, including supply chain, sales, product, and brand.
  • A collaborative approach—you enjoy working across regions, functions, and time zones, and bring a calm, solutions-first energy to fast-paced conversations.
  • Passion for pet and a genuine interest in improving the lives of pets and their people.
