Since opening in June 2024, we have grown into a multidisciplinary team that integrates Primary Care, Mental & Behavioral Health, Wellness & Aesthetics, and Advanced Point-of-Care Diagnostics. We are seeking a Psychiatric Mid-Level Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant-Certified) with experience in mental and behavioral health to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a compassionate and motivated clinician who values collaborative, team-based care and evidence-based psychiatric treatment in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop and execute individualized treatment plans
  • Diagnose and manage mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and other mood or behavioral disorders
  • Prescribe and adjust psychiatric medications as appropriate
  • Collaborate with primary care providers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Stay current with best practices in psychiatric care and participate in ongoing education and training


Qualifications:

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) with psychiatric experience
  • Active and unrestricted medical license in PA 
  • DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience in outpatient psychiatric care preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
  • Experience in Spravato and TMS therapy preferred
