**Your New Role**
As a Nocturnist Hospitalist with our team, you'll:
+ Provide high-quality, patient-centered care during overnight shifts.
+ Be part of a collegial and supportive group of hospitalists, working together to provide excellent care.
+ Work at a single hospital location, Northridge Hospital Medical Center, a well-regarded 424-bed acute care facility.
+ Manage a 7 on, 7 off schedule (183 annual shifts) with convenient shift options: 7PM-5AM or 10PM-8AM.
+ Benefit from a closed ICU, ensuring a focused and manageable scope of practice.

+ Salary Guarantee: $285,000 - 310,000 DOE
+ Bonus and incentive opportunities to reward your dedication and contributions.
+ Signing incentives up to $40,000 and relocation assistance up to $20,000 to make your transition smooth.

**Responsibilities**
+ **Patient Care** : Diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
+ **Procedures:** Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures; provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients.

**Qualifications**
+ A valid and unrestricted California medical license
+ Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
+ Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
**Pay Range**
$137.01 - $149.03 /hour
