Responsibilities: • Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients • Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction • Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth • Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements • Lead generation • Database generation • Database systems • Set appointments • Close sales • Commercial sales script mastery Qualifications: • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising • Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient • Excellent communication and negotiating skills • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language • Real estate license • Commission opportunity • Good communication • Commercial real estate experience preferred About Company: Keller Williams Princeton is New Jersey’s most collaborative office.
