Position Purpose: The IT Support Supervisor will support Rosecrance by ensuring excellent

customer service and providing timely end user support. This role is essential for ensuring that computer

operations run smoothly, allowing end users to effectively complete their business tasks. This position will

recommend and implement support policies and standards and oversee the front-line support technicians

in the assigned region

Qualifications/basic Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent training and experience
  • Practical experience in the IT support with demonstrated success in providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of complex instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
  • Proven track record working with data and telecommunications equipment
  • Experience tracking and maintaining inventory of end user assigned equipment and installed software applications.
  • Maintain user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra.
  • Strong troubleshooting knowledge of Windows Endpoint (10,11)
  • Experience with endpoint management tools (SCCM, InTune) is a plus.
  • Experience with common endpoint applications including MS Office, Adobe, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Servers including creating/maintaining file shares and permissions.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with leadership, coworkers, and all stakeholders
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Manage day-to-date schedule and activities of IT/Network support staff.

  • Ensure that all systems are maintained and secure.
  • Troubleshoot system performance issues.
  • Proactively expand job responsibilities, propose improvements, and collaborate with team members

to generate ideas and enhance processes.

  • Manage end user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Maintains documentation of all systems utilization and deployments.
  • Maintain information technology equipment including PCs, printers, etc.
  • Educate employees on the proper use of information technology resources.
  • Monitor information technology license compliance and report potential violations to supervisor.
  • Serve as a member of the team, and participate in all team meetings, duties and activities as assigned.
  • Exhibit actions and makes decisions that align with the Rosecrance Code of Conduct and within the

framework of the law.

Rosecrance.

  • Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service.

Pay : Flexibility based on experience

  • Starting Pay: $70,000

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Primarily onsite, with occasional work from home flexibility

  • Shift: 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • Monday through Friday
