Job Description

Graphic Designer – Full-Time (In-Person)

Location: Doral, FL (Miami HQ)

Compensation: $52,000 yearly

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Reports To: Brand Director & Head Of Marketing

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with a refined eye and a deep appreciation for visuals that carry a concept and feel intentional. This role is for someone who believes great design is a quiet form of storytelling—where every choice reflects meaning, mood, and direction.

You will be shaping visuals across product campaigns, packaging, the website, email, and overall brand expression. More than just a designer, you’ll act as a visual artist—collaborating closely with the full team to influence and contribute to the broader creative direction of the brand. From design to narrative, your work will help unify how the brand is felt at every level.

If you design with purpose, think in world-class visuals, and value clarity—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Design With Vision

– Create clean, expressive visuals for the website, emails, product launches, and social channels

– Maintain a visual tone that reflects clarity, softness, and refined consistency

– Design with rhythm, balance, and storytelling in mind—building work that feels as good as it looks

Campaign & Product Storytelling

– Translate product launches and seasonal campaigns into thoughtful, cohesive visuals

– Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop concept-driven, narrative-based design

– Design not just for the moment, but for how the brand lives and evolves visually over time

Email Marketing Design

– Design emails that drive clicks and conversions while staying visually true to the brand

– Create clean, product-forward layouts that balance editorial storytelling with sales strategy

– Apply best practices in layout, hierarchy, and mobile responsiveness to ensure performance

– Use data and performance insights to iterate—building emails that convert without ever losing brand tone or intention

Brand Identity & Development

– Contribute to logo design, brand marks, and the evolution of the brand’s visual identity

– Strengthen and refine the brand’s visual system while protecting its core tone

– Bring consistency, intentionality, and depth to every brand touchpoint

Packaging & Print

– Design packaging, tags, thank-you cards, and physical pieces that reflect elevated simplicity

– Ensure each piece communicates the brand’s quiet confidence and attention to detail

– Deliver final production files and communicate with vendors when needed

Creative Collaboration

– Work closely with photographers, content creators, and creative leads to maintain cohesive storytelling

– Participate in moodboarding, seasonal planning, and creative ideation

– Collaborate directly with leadership and the broader team to support the brand’s overall creative direction

Visual Research & Aesthetic Strategy

– Stay current with relevant trends while focusing on timelessness over trendiness

– Conduct visual and cultural research to inform and elevate design direction

– Use mood, color, and form as tools for visual connection—not just decoration

Content Creation & Visual Curation

– Own the creation of everything visual—from Instagram posts and website updates to internal decks

– Curate and build visuals that feel consistent, compelling, and true to the brand’s voice

– Create visuals that engage, feel editorial, and leave a lasting impression

Execution & Delivery

– Deliver work on schedule, clearly organized and prepared for use

– Maintain structure in file management and workflows that support team collaboration

– Protect the consistency of the brand’s visual tone through every creative output

Candidate Profile & Requirements

– 4 years of graphic design experience in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty

– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative field

– Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; Figma or Canva is a plus

– Excellent understanding of layout, typography, balance, and visual hierarchy

– Organized and confident managing multiple projects at once

– Deeply understands design as a tool for brand building and emotional connection

– Having worked for a clothing or beauty brand is a strong plus⸻What We
