Job Description

Parallel Employment is looking for a dedicated and driven Warehouse Associate and Forklift Driver to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading product by hand and operating forklifts to ensure efficient movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load and unload materials from trucks, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
• Assist with inventory management, including tracking product levels and conducting regular cycle counts.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently based on customer specifications.
• Use RF Scanner.
• Order pick.
• Break down pallets that arrive to warehouse.
• Build pallets according to order specifications
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies at all times.
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to inventory and shipping.
• Assist team members with general warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a warehouse environment is preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience in a warehouse environment
• Valid forklift certification is preferred, with proven experience operating forklifts safely.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.
• Must possess basic computer skills for inventory management.
