Right now, we are looking for a Campaign Manager to join our Inventory & Linear Operations Team. Reporting to the Associate Director, Campaign Management, a campaign manager will be responsible for the execution of Cadent’s linear+ portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, and prior experience with active campaign optimization. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with Inventory Management, Sales, Traffic as well as other linear+ operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Execute cable and broadcast campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Execute, manage, and optimize OTT/CTV, digital media campaigns for clients (e.g. auction/exchange-based performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing campaigns) while meeting or surpassing client performance expectations
  • Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports
  • Track media campaign delivery
  • Execute adjustments based on campaign performance and pacing
  • Pull reporting and interpret data from various informational dashboards
  • Manage data for inventory sources and agency specifics

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years related experience
  • Experience working in a DSP
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of media math and terminology
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Excel
  • Ability to adapt and adjust direction to meet objectives
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to identify work priorities and requirements to complete projects on time
  • Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to multi-task and handle projects independently, as well as part of a team
  • Show a passion for what you do and have fun while doing it
