Position : Administrative Assistant 
Working Schedule : 9am-6pm EST
Salary Range : $1,500-$1,800 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with data input into our deal management software
Provide administrative support for the team and investor-related tasks
Maintain Organized emails, make sure that everything is logged and ensure accuracy in data Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
Ensure timely completion of tasks in alignment with team priorities

Qualifications & Skills:
3+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in administrative roles.
Experienced and proficient in HubSpot, DropBox, and Google. 
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a transparent and supportive team culture. Strong understanding of financial reports, budgeting, and data analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Â Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
