Project Exhibition of final year pharmacy students on 17/11/2018 at AIPER, Indore
Objective of Event: To represent the 7th Semester Project Work
As per the curriculum of RGPV students of 7th semester are required to submit project work. Therefore, exhibition of projects were planned at G8, AIPER, on 17/11/2018. The projects address the current problems in healthcare sector. Student’s enthustically participated in the exhibition. Various projects belong to different core streams of Pharmacy including Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy, Pharmacology and Pharmaceutics. This work they have completed as part of curriculum in 7th Semester. Projects were well explained by students during their questionnaire session by the judges and visitors. Projects were well appreciated by the Vice Chairman Sir, Visitors and experts.
It is noteworthy to mention that few of the projects were outstanding in terms of novelty in their research content, problem addressed, application and presentation abilities, especially a) Formulation and evaluation of self emulsifying drug delivery system of Diclofenac Sodium, b) Pharmacognostic, phytochemical and pharmacological activity of Bixa orellena. c) Synthesis, characterization and formulation of Phenytoin Oral Suspension. Based on evaluation outstanding projects will be suitably awarded.
Overall, this exhibition was encouraging event for junior students for their future work and great learning experience for the 7th Sem. Project students.
